Atomizers

An atomizer, or tank, is the top part of an electronic cigarette or electronic hookah: a liquid container with a replaceable coil that screws onto the mod. When people search for an "electronic hookah head" or "e-cigarette head", they usually mean the tank.

Almost all tanks use the standard 510 thread and fit any mod. Check three things: that the tank isn't wider than the mod, the capacity (our tanks hold up to 6 ml), and that replacement coils for that tank are available.

A tank screws onto a mod, takes replaceable coils, usually holds more liquid and suits direct-lung (DL) vaping. A pod is a cartridge that fits only its own device. If you have a pod kit, you'll find cartridges in coils and pods.

The common causes: a coil that isn't fully screwed in, a worn or misplaced seal, overfilling, or a coil that's worn out. Usually re-tightening and replacing the coil solves it. Either way, keep the tank upright when not in use.
