Questions and Answers

An electronic cigarette is a battery-powered device that uses a heating element (coil) to turn a dedicated e-liquid into vapor that is inhaled into the mouth and lungs. The device does not burn tobacco (unlike regular cigarettes), so the process produces no smoke, only flavorful vapor.

The coil is the heart of the electronic cigarette. It is a metal wire wound around organic cotton that absorbs the e-liquid. When you activate the device, the battery heats the metal, which vaporizes the liquid held in the cotton.

The coil is a consumable part that should be replaced from time to time to maintain flavor quality and vapor production.

Technically yes, you can mix different e-liquids in the same tank to create unique flavor combinations.

That said, it is best to mix liquids with a similar composition (a similar PG/VG ratio) and the same type of nicotine (regular Freebase nicotine or Salt Nic nicotine salt) so as not to compromise vapor quality and coil performance.

The process varies slightly from device to device, but the basic steps are the same:

1. Detach the tank/pod from the battery and empty any remaining liquid (if needed).
2. Unscrew or pull out the old, used coil.
3. Important step (Prime): drip 3–4 drops of fresh e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton of the new coil.
4. Insert or screw the new coil into place and fill the tank with liquid.
5. Wait about 5 to 10 minutes before the first puff, so the cotton is fully saturated and the coil does not burn out right away.

Nicotine levels can slightly affect the flavor experience and the "throat hit".

Regular nicotine at high concentrations tends to give a stronger tingling sensation in the throat, and sometimes adds a slightly bitter or "harsh" note to the original flavor.

Nicotine salt (Salt Nic), on the other hand, lets you vape high nicotine concentrations much more smoothly and cleanly, with no noticeable effect on the liquid's flavor profile.

A coil usually lasts between one and two weeks, depending largely on how often you vape, the device's wattage and the type of liquid.

Very sweet or dark liquids tend to burn out coils faster.

Clear signs that it is time to replace the coil:
- A burnt or bland taste
- A significant drop in vapor production
- Increased liquid leaking from the tank

This is completely individual and varies from person to person.

It depends on your vaping style (small pod devices use very little liquid, while powerful sub-ohm devices use a lot), the nicotine strength and how often you vape each day.

On average:
- A 10 ml bottle (of nicotine salt, for example) can last 3 to 7 days.
- A large 60 ml or 120 ml bottle can last several weeks.
