Payment terms:

Cancellation and return policy:
• The store provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase on all products whose cost at the time of purchase was higher than 150 NIS.
Products that cost less than 150 NIS at the time of purchase will be given a warranty for a period of 3 months only .
The warranty applies to the following products only: electronic cigarette mods, battery chargers, and electronic vapers.
For clarification, the warranty is not valid in the event of improper use and/or storage or breakage caused to the device. The warranty is not valid in the event of loss or theft of products purchased on the site.
Please note! - Replacement of a defective product within the warranty period will only be made if the original product packaging with its serial number is provided. Without the original product packaging, no replacement will be possible.
• Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product packaging has not been opened or damaged, the product has not been used, and it is in perfect condition.
A product whose packaging has been opened or has been used cannot be returned, and is entitled to service and warranty as defined in this agreement.
After the product is inspected by a company representative who verifies that the customer has met the terms of the product return policy, we will credit the customer with the full price for the returned product after deducting shipping fees.
